The 60-Night Side Sleeper Trial
Sleep with SleepVault for up to 60 nights from the date it arrives. If it does not deliver the rest you have been missing — for any reason — send it back for a full refund. No interrogations. No "are you sure?" emails. Just your money returned.
How to Return
- Email us at returns@sleepvault.co.uk within 60 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief reason for the return (this helps us improve the product — we welcome honest feedback).
- We will reply within 1-2 working days with the return postal address and clear instructions.
- Pack your SleepVault securely (the original packaging if you have it; any padded envelope or small box if you don't) and post it back to us using a tracked service.
- Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 working days to your original payment method.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund:
- Returns must be initiated within 60 days of the delivery date
- The mask should be in usable condition — we understand you will have worn it (that's the entire point of the trial)
- Original packaging is helpful but not required
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service so the return can be confirmed. For faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described items, we cover the full cost of return shipping.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your SleepVault arrives damaged, or develops a fault during the trial period, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange either a replacement or full refund — including return shipping costs — at no expense to you.
Your Statutory Rights
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are fully preserved. These include:
- A 14-day right to cancel for any reason from the date of delivery (our 60-night trial extends this significantly)
- The right to a refund, repair, or replacement for products that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose
- Protection if goods are not delivered within agreed timeframes
Nothing in this policy reduces or affects those statutory rights.
Refund Timeline
Once your return arrives with us, we aim to process refunds within 5-10 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Bank processing times vary, so please allow up to 10 working days from refund processing for the credit to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
