Free UK Delivery

Every order to a United Kingdom address ships free of charge. No minimum spend, no codes, no surprise fees at checkout.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receiving them. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates. Most orders arrive within the stated timeframes, but occasional delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or seasonal volume. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, please get in touch.

Tracking Your Order

Every order ships with full tracking. The moment your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 working days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

What Happens If You're Not Home?

SleepVault ships in a small flat package designed to fit through most standard letterboxes. If for any reason your delivery cannot be left safely, our carriers will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or pickup at your local collection point.

If Your Order Doesn't Arrive

If your tracking information has not updated for 7 working days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please email us at hello@sleepvault.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate immediately and either arrange a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Incorrect Address Information

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We dispatch orders based on the address you provide; if a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you and either re-send (additional postage may apply) or refund the order. Address corrections after dispatch are sometimes possible but not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland only. We are working on expanding to additional countries — if you would like to be notified when we reach yours, sign up for our email list at the bottom of any page.

Customs and Import Duties

UK orders incur no additional customs charges. Irish orders generally do not incur import duties for parcels of this value, but any duties or taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the recipient.
